Who we are

Wasla is a business-systems service for salons and beauty businesses, based in Doha, Qatar.

What this website collects

If you send the contact form, we receive your name, business name, WhatsApp number, type of business, your description and any screenshot you attach. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs needed to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form submissions are stored in Netlify’s form service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and then delete them.

When we work on your systems

When we build a workflow for your salon, we access only the accounts and data that workflow needs. Your accounts stay in your business’s name, and you can remove our access at any time. Specific terms are agreed with each client.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the contact page to make a request.
